Pickpick

Finished this on 5 hour flight home. It's a nice romance story, set during WWI. A simple story, with likeable characters. Nothing too complex and you kind of know how it will end, but sometimes that's exactly what I want.

kspenmoll I get it! Sometimes its what I need! 8y

I'm supposed to be packing to go home tomorrow. As you can see, wine + book = absolutely nothing getting into that suitcase of mine! 😉

CynthJean Sounds like a grand vacation 8y

Leaving beautiful Mexico on Saturday. This will probably be my last book here. 😂
I guess next week will be back to tea, cozy blankets and snow.
I really need to move out here permanently!

WW1 love story. Frilly with a few twists. Picked this up because it is a book club read. Predictable ending. Had some moments, but generally read like a soap opera.
