After blowing up her career as marriage therapist by being recorded saying she doesn‘t believe in marriage, Emma flees to her BFF in Gandie Gow to discover the BFF has marriage problems & her BIL who aggravates Emma intensely is living there too as the town doctor. There was one unbelievable plot point near the end but I just loved this story. There is so much going on with the relationships between people in town & not just the #romantsy.

SilversReviews LOVE this cover and Scotland. :) 7y
Reggie Hmmm do Emma and the BIL fall and love and after she‘s fixed her bff‘s marriage there‘s a double marriage? Lol 7y
Christy2318 @Reggie That is very close to what happens. No suspense in this story 😂 7y

drokka @mrsamandahood They are work, and best if in pairs or more (they're social and do well on their own) in case you're considering getting any the future. They are characters though and fun. 🐹 7y

I enjoyed this book quite a bit. The two main characters were likeable from the start. The majority of secondary characters were, as well. The exception to that was the main character's best friend, who just came off as selfish. But I wanted a fun, light read. That's what this book was.
