Alex Cross Must Die
Alex Cross Must Die: (Alex Cross 31) The latest novel in the thrilling Sunday Times bestselling series | James Patterson
4 posts | 5 read | 1 to read
TWO KILLERS. TWO MOTIVES. A DEADLY RACE AGAINST TIME. When an American Airlines plane explodes in the sky, detectives Alex Cross and John Sampson are first on the scene. They don't hear the gunfire. At first. It soon becomes clear that the plane was taken down by a rare, stolen machine gun. The list of people who could operate the weapon is short. And time runs even shorter. But this isn't the only case the pair must solve. They're also tracking a serial killer who's ambushing young men in what the media are calling the 'Dead Hours' murders. With two killers and two different motives, Cross and Sampson are in a deadly race against time . . . Okay.... don't kill me James Patterson fans! 🤭

I came across this audiobook in the library yesterday and only saw it out of the corner of my eye so I literally thought the title of it was 'James Patterson Must Die'! 🤣😂 Let's just say I got WAY too much enjoyment out of that!

thegirlwiththelibrarybag 👏 I mean… if his name has to appear on the cover… must die after it would also make me smile (edited) 6mo

RamsFan1963 James Patterson will be like VC Andrews, long after he's dead there will still be books published with his name on them. I bet they'll suck too. 6mo
Branwen @thegirlwiththelibrarybag RIGHT?! 🤭💕 @julesG @dabbe @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks 😂🤣👍🏻 @RamsFan1963 Bahaha! I mean, you're not wrong! 🤭 6mo
thegirlwiththelibrarybag @RamsFan1963 🫢 I hadn‘t considered that! I also wonder who is still reading VC Andrews - beyond Flowers in the Attic. Are they doing ok? 6mo

“Drop whatever you‘re doing, Detective Cross, and head to Reagan Airport,” DC Metro Police dispatch says. “A jet just crashed and exploded on the runway. The chief and the FBI want you and John Sampson there pronto.” Cross and Sampson race to the crash site. ⬇️

suvata The plane didn‘t fail—it was shot down by a stolen Vietnam War-era machine gun. Detective Alex Cross is in the sights of the Dead Hours Killer, a serial murderer on a ruthless mission. The list of experts who can operate the weapon is short. And time before another lethal strike runs even shorter. Especially for Detective Cross.
