A woman discovers the father of the child she is nannying may be her biggest (Only)Fan in this steamy contemporary romance by Lana Ferguson. Suddenly unemployed and on the brink of eviction, Cassie Evans is left with two choices: get a new job (and fast) or fire up her long-untouched OnlyFans account. But the job market is terrible, and as for OnlyFans. . . . Well, there are reasons she cant go back. Just when all hope seems lost, an ad for a live-in nanny position seems like the solution to all her problems. Its almost too perfectuntil she meets her would-be employer. Aiden Reid, executive chef and DILF extraordinaire, is far from the stuffy single dad Cassie was imagining. He shocks her when he tells her shes the most qualified applicant hes met in weeks, practically begging her to take the job. With hands that make her hindbrain howl and eyes that scream sex, the idea of living under the same roof as Aiden feels dangerous, but with no other option, she decides to stay with him and his adorably tenacious daughter, Sophie. Cassie soon discovers that Aiden is not a stranger at all, but instead someone who is very familiar with heror at least, her body. Given that he doesnt remember her, Cassie is faced with what feels like an impossible situation. As their relationship heats to temperatures hotter than any kitchen Aiden has ever worked in, Cassie struggles with telling Aiden the truth, and the more terrifying possibilitylosing the best chance at happiness shes ever had.

Panpan

This is my second Lana Ferguson novel and I‘ve concluded that her books aren‘t for me. I love escaping into a romance, but I still need substance to the story and this was more about physical attraction than anything.

Fun, spicy, and easy. I adored Wanda and Sophie. But I found it was about 100 pages too long.

⭐️⭐️ The Only Fans trope was kind of hilarious, definitely clever, and relevant, but overall, this story was just okay. The single dad - nanny bit is overplayed. Yeah, I see the title. A podcast talked me into it, okay? I‘ve just read too much romance lately. I gotta space them out more.

A pick-ish. I flew through the majority of this novel, and then I hit a point where I was wondering why it was still going on. Too long probably by a 150 pages, and went places that were obvious. With how the storyline started (a fun twist on a second chance romance), I expected more than a generic ending. Good 🌶️🌶️ but it dragged unnecessarily near the end.

I‘m trying to figure out why I kept reading this, when I should have DNF‘d. The nanny trope can be fun, I like a single dad romance, the steamy scenes were decent? Maybe, though I should have DNF‘d. Another romance where I didn‘t really get the attraction past physical traits. The heroine was very sweet, almost too perfect.⬇️

Nessavamusic The hero was bland. I was hoping the conflict wouldn‘t go where I thought it would, and it looked like it would be different, but then went exactly where I thought it would. Also, like many new romances this is again TOO LONG! Ugh. 2⭐️ (edited) 1y

I loved this book! A classic "single dad falls in love with the nanny" trope, with a very unclassical twist... once upon a time, Cassie had an OnlyFans account to help pay for school, and started developing feelings for her biggest fan (?). The world throws in a cosmic twist when her new DILF of a boss and the bossy (in a sexy way) "man who got away" turn out to be one and the same. Love, love, loved! ?
