THE EPIC CONCLUSION TO THE #1 SUNDAY TIMES BESTSELLING ELEMENTS OF CADENCE DUOLOGY The stunning sequel to A River Enchanted finds the human and faerie realms threatened by an immortal enemy whose defeat can only come through fire, song, and heartrending sacrifice. East and west. Humans and spirits. The tenuous balance of the Isle of Cadence is under threat from Bane, the spirit of the north wind. In the west, Adaira struggles to find her place. And, though magic blooms there, the spirits suffer beneath Bane's harsh power, felt in every gust of wind. In the east, Jack Tamerlaine is adrift without Adaira, until he acquires a mission destined to lead him back to her. But among the Tamerlaines sickness is spreading and Torin desperately strikes a bargain with the spirits - a folly at any time. With their very land at risk, all will need to join together to confront Bane. Yet none can challenge the north wind without paying a terrible price, and the sacrifice required may be more than they can bear...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“A Fire Endless” is the stunning sequel to “A River Enchanted” and I enjoyed this story from beginning to end. The world-building was superb and the writing was incredibly done. The ending was also satisfying, and I will miss these characters and the world itself dearly.

Okay. Wow. Did not see the twist coming. Such evocative writing by the author. I could almost feel the wind and mist brushing my skin.

Thank you @HOTPock3tt for getting me into this fantastical duology! #auldlangspine

While I didn‘t enjoy this book quite as much as the first, I did find it to be an engaging, entertaining follow up to A River Enchanted. Ross knows how to weaves tales of magic, possibility, and hope, tales which also contain healthy doses of fear, anger, despair and envy. An alluring world, well--developed characters, and the power (good and bad) of music make for a winning story.

Meshell1313 Yes exactly!!!! Great review! 12mo

The second and last book in this series, it continues where it left off in the first book. It was a good solid read, I enjoyed it and was happy with the ending.

This was such a fantastic end to this duology. I loved the two main couples even more, and seeing the spirit world was an exciting element. The pacing was fast and kept me turning pages. I‘m a little sad to leave this world and characters behind.

This is the conclusion to The Cadence duology. It starts out with Adaira in the West adjusting to her new family, Jack sulking in the East and Torin as the new Lord of The Tamerlains.
I love Torin, he is the Aragon of these books and he's fantastic ❤️

#botm December books are up!
♥️♥️♥️
Very excited to see Babel!! I was not expecting that!
Also, happy to see the sequel to A River Enchanted, too! Book one was great and IMO a bit underated.

As usual, not super stoked with my book of the year choices for free book...they are never my usual genre choices BUT! it's a free book and maybe it will sway me into picking up more diverse genres in '23! I have heard wonderful things about Tomorrow x 3!

AmyG Same here. I was thrilled to see Babel. 2y
brittanyreads @AmyG I almost bought it last week and I'm so glad I didn't!! Enjoy! 2y
