52/150 Taking place after The Empire Strikes Back, the carbonite encased body of Han Solo is stolen from Boba Fett by the criminal syndicate Crimson Dawn. Jabba assumes that Fett has double crossed him, so he puts a huge bounty on Boba Fett's, leading to an all out war among the bounty hunters. Part of the massive crossover with all of Marvel's Star Wars titles, it does lose some context read without the other parts of the story. ⬇️

TieDyeDude I like the current Star Wars comics, but the big crossover events are a bit frustrating. This was okay, but I didn't think it worked well as a stand-alone. They did a better job with the Crimson Reign crossover, IMO. 2w

Not all that interesting. Maybe I take too long between volumes, but I really don't have a good grasp on Valance's character. He seems to be a little all over the place. There wasn't much meat to bite into here, lots of skipping around, and huge gaps in time that make no sense if you haven't read more of the Way of the Bounty Hunters tie ins.

Bookwomble I momentarily thought from the cover image that this was a Star Wars / DC crossover: Chewie vs. Cyborg Superman! 2y
