Took me a bit to get into the multiple POV + forward and backward in time but once I understood the pacing, I found myself rooting for them as they discovered and healed themselves and found each other.

This is the first Author that came to mind.
Tracey Garvis Graves writes another outstanding book. . .HEARD IT IN A LOVE SONG, don't let this book get away!
this book was … fine?
for a book sold on being about 2 divorced people falling for each other, it spends A LOT of time on their past relationships. the 2 MC‘s relationship truly isn‘t the focus of the book & there was less musical aspect with Laylas character than I was made to believe. (with this cover I expected more daisy Jones & the six and did not get it)& her ex is so awful I don‘t believe that she would have married him for even a second
‘Love doesn‘t always wait until you‘re ready.‘
This was a quick, enjoyable read about two people coming together after their marriages ended. Good for readers who don‘t mind slower paced stories. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Up next is Your Voice In My Head.
#ThingsInCommon Both books feature a woman with flowers on the cover.
This book is a slow burn. The plot moves slowly because it is all about the lives of the characters. The descriptive prose and character development was off the charts. As much as I enjoyed this book it is not for everyone because of the slowness of the plot. The story is about two people who are trying to put their lives back together after a divorce and how they discover themselves and each other in the process. 4⭐

A lovely story about finding love and finding yourself after the end of a marriage. I enjoyed the book and characters but there wasn't anything original or standout about it. A soft pick.
