#mentalhealth So much of my anxiety comes from interacting with strangers. Covid really increased that anxiety and I am still trying to figure out how to cope with that.

I thought I would give this journal a shot. Everybody has stress and drama in their life, but I am realizing mine has stalled me to the point of despondency. So I am trying to “land on the other side of despair” by looking closely at myself and hopefully moving forward. I hope no one minds if I share some of the less personal pages, but I hope that posting them encourages me to keep going! #mentalhealth

TheAromaofBooks I hope you are able to find some peace and contentment!! I love journaling and also have been known to take what my husband calls “rage walks“ when the drama with some of my family gets to be too much!! I just get around the block as fast as I can!! 3y
kspenmoll Please share to help with your healing. That journal looks like a wonderful tool. You are very brave. Know we care about you. Sending healing love. 💕💕 3y
kspenmoll @TheAromaofBooks Rage walks are a great strategy. I also used to scream in my car until I physically felt the rage leave my body. 3y

wisherwishinguponastar I will have to give that a shot @TheAromaofBooks ! My brother listens to grunge music very loudly in his car. @kspenmoll I really appreciate everyone I have conversed with on this app. You are all truly lovely people!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 3y
TheAromaofBooks @kspenmoll - I read somewhere that our stress systems are designed for fight or flight, so physically moving can help because you are focusing on the “flight“ aspect and your body feels like it can move into a recovery phase. I don't know how true that is but I do feel better if I walk as fast as I can for a few minutes!!! 😂 2y
kspenmoll @TheAromaofBooks That makes total sense! Moving always seems to help. (edited) 2y
wisherwishinguponastar @TheAromaofBooks @kspenmoll Then it is a good thing I have a 1/2 marathon I need to train for. I keep putting that off. Oops! 2y

AkashaVampie @ElizaMarie not sure if this would be something ud do, but my mind went right to u when I saw this. 4y
ElizaMarie @AkashaVampie This journal looks so great! But I am horrible at journals. It would be something I would “start“ but then never actually finish thus causing anxiety and blah! 4y
AkashaVampie @ElizaMarie i could totally understand about that. I would just set a time everyday to do alittle of it. And if u forget or got too much going on, don't feel bad about not doing it. 4y
