pickOkay, the title Runaways is misleading. Molly is in this (and her friendship with Hulk is great) but no other Runaways. This takes place in an alternate timeline where things are a bit skewed but I was able to follow without too much trouble, though I'm sure I missed some stuff since I didn't know anything about this universe. Fun read and I enjoyed it.
pickSadly, my daughter was sick this weekend so I didn't get to read much for #24in48 but I did sneak in a little time. This graphic novel was one I finished during her nap.
I fell in love with this motley crew but the story left me wanting. It felt rushed and it wasn't until I started looking for more that I realized this volume was it. I don't know how it compares to Brian K. Vaughn's original but overall I liked it. 😄
