1/3/21 Finished book 2 of the year today. This was a light, cozy, sweet read that you can expect from RaeAnne Thayne. Evie is trying to redefine her life after a tragedy yet Bodie pulls her back into the physical therapy life she has left behind when his daughter comes home after a horrible accident. A lot of emotion but I did feel like there was something missing. Still a great quick book after my last chunkster.

Book 2 of series - 15 yo Taryn Thorne suffered a traumatic brain injury in a tragic accident. Evie has retired from physical therapy for personal reasons but reluctantly agrees to temporarily work with Taryn even though she doesn‘t like Taryn‘s dad. This is a great small town series with well developed secondary characters & realistic problems & conflicts. #romantsy 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

This book was about overcoming obstacles in the face of adversity. It's about acceptance and learning to look beyond. It shares faith in one another and learning love, forgiveness, and how to move forward. It also tackles doing the right thing even when no one is listening. The writing is well done and this is definitely a feel good read.

This is the book I am now starting. I am so glad I gave RaeAnne Thayne a change. I am really enjoying her books which are totally out of my normal reading scope.
