I'll continue this series. The MC is a strong female character, which I really like, the mystery and the budding romance are intriguing, too.

This #bookspin choice from my #mounttbr was a total win!!! Everything I needed. Mystery, magic, intrigue, likable characters, unique spin on common tropes. Perfect! I‘m going to start the second one tonight. It will be hard to leave the series and return to my February buddy read books.

This was such a fun listen. I had never heard of it before I was browsing Hoopla. The cover caught my eye and the blurb sounded interesting. And boy was this an interesting listen. The cast of this audiobook is amazing. Between the voice work and the story, you are sucked in and can NOT stop listening.

This book kept me listening. It was a cozy mystery with a bit of romance and a lot of intriguer. I finished book one and now really need book two as the mystery is not solved, it has only gotten bigger! Hopefully Josie stays in the good graces of the King, and finds our fiend in book two: the Echo of Broken Dreams.

There is still a possibility that I can make 24h but I doubt it. Finished off this audiobook this morning and now I have more questions. But I have to renew my library card first.

For the rest of my #bookreport I read at least 200 pages of Ninth House, 9 picture books, Ihate Fairyland Book 2, and listened to half of the Adventures Guild with the boys. Time for the rest of that book as we put together legos.

Three hours down. Finished I hate fairyland book 2 and am now going to pick up the boys. I will get at least one hour of my audio book in. Maybe two. But the kids are normally talky.
