so-soBy same author as Ducks, Newburyport. I figured at 199 pages, I‘d start with a lesser commitment. I don‘t even know where to begin with this one. I wish there were other reviews on Litsy for this. It was a totally bizarre story of MC Dot‘s sad life, and the strangeness of society. There were MANY truisms and LOTS of capitalized words. In the beginning I almost BAILED, then it grew on me bc it was increasingly ODD and I was intrigued.
