Here it is! My fitness challenge round 3 goals. Tomorrow is back to work so no more summer slacking. I epically failed round 2, but it wasn‘t a total failure because I consciously worked towards exercising more. I didn‘t always reach my goals, but I was more aware of my fitness vs. slacking so that‘s a huge improvement right there.

CocoReads Excellent goals! I don‘t really think it‘s considered failure when we don‘t meet our goals, we pick up, readjust if needed and move on. That‘s what I took from round 2. Also, being more aware helps. 5y
