#GratefulHarvest #Brown Abolitionist John Brown tried to start a slave rebellion in Harpers Ferry , WV. His reaction was often violent, much different from most Abolitionists who put pen to paper or made speeches about the evils of slavery.I visited Harpers Ferry, took a long tour w/ a NPS ranger giving details of what transpired there.I tell you, it was a beautiful place & brought out an emotional response to the place in me I can‘t forget .
