A parent‘s ‘warts & all‘ experience of having a child with PDA and the resulting challenges. It may be helpful if you‘re in that situation, looking to hear the experience of others who have struggled- but it felt very much like a chronicle of everything Mollie had ever done wrong, and could maybe have benefited from a little distance. Not what I was looking for.
On the bright side, 7 years later a Mollie Sherwin illustrated the tagged book.

I'm Not Upside Down, I'm Downside Up: Not a Boring Book about PDA
Magpiegem I have a little boy with PDA (amongst many things- the psychiatrists keep telling me he‘s the most complex child they‘ve ever met. I‘ll be honest that doesn‘t make me feel great). In my experience Sometimes it can be such an incredibly lonely experience having a child like mine that I can understand people wanting to read something they can relate to and feel less alone. We certainly can‘t do that with “normal” parent chat. Thanks for the tag! 2y
Magpiegem Also I follow the author of the tagged book on FB. So will definitely pick this one up for my kiddo! 2y
rockpools @Magpiegem Oh my goodness, that does sound exhausting. I can see how something like this could be helpful in that situation. I hope you and small get on with the tagged book - I found it helpful to ‘get it‘ a little, so potential useful for friends/family. 2y
