I read this recently so it‘s the first #KickAssFemaleHeroine that came to mind. Kate Wise retired from the FBI at 55 but found she was bored. She just can‘t stay away from the action and she is just as cunning and physically strong as she was in her 30s! She takes no crap from anyone 💪

20 minutes on the treadmill done, when my left calf started to cramp. I am going to finish my water and then stretch it out with some yoga, to make up the lost time. #BFCr2 @wanderinglynn

15 (estimated) on the weight machine. I am not wanting to bulk up, but gain the strength to not feel like I am dying when my yoga routine says plank.

Some people see weeds, as the pull up to my home. I see Nature's beauty for me to admire while I treadmill and weight train. Today I saw one beautiful monarch butterfly, and a gold finch while working out. It makes walking and audio booking all the more enjoyable. #BFCr2 @wanderinglynn
