#BFCr2 Week 2 was a good week, I surpassed my fitness goal with 67,467 steps. I‘m still listening to The Lost Girls of Camp Forevermore and reading 2 others including The Mindfulness Habit. The passage above speaks volumes to me, be your own best friend and give yourself a break, cause YOU are WORTH IT!!
