Added another square to my bingo. Still no lines but I‘m happy with this. Do I get an extra bonus for it having blood and having the word ghost? 🤔 #scarathlon2023 #scarathlon #mischiefandmayhem

Okay this was honestly the first in general horror or mystery author I ever picked up. I was in middle school. Before then it was fantasy, fiction, and nonfiction in general. But I was hooked. This wasn't my first of hers I read, I think it was my 2nd or 3rd, but even now I still love her books. It was my first paranormal book though! Mary Downing Hanh really changed my life ♥

IamIamIam I was a bit older for her scary stuff but I read this last year and it was so creepy, especially for middle grade!!! I bought The Girl in the Locked Room at the kids' last book fair in May also! 5y
