pickI just recently finished this lovely fantasy novel and absolutely loved it! It was refreshing to see the protagonists being a male merperson and a female human, since it usually tends to be the opposite. This book has it all: fantasy, mystery, adventure, magic, and romance. I especially loved how complex the characters all were. And just look at tjat gorgeous cover! 😍💕📚🌊
I feel like the luckiest person ever tonight! An author reached out to me through goodreads about possibly reading and reviewing her newest book. It looks amazing (I mean, its got merfolk in it! Huzzah!) so I agreed. It just arrived today and not only did she send me a signed physical copy, but also a sweet handwritten note and an art print of the characters! Isn't that fantastic? How kind! It really made my day! 🤗 Happy Friday, littens! 📚💕
