Girl Boy Girl: How I Became JT Leroy | 
Girl Saves Boy was released in 2010 when author Steph Bowe was still a teenager. She then went on to write two more authentic, vivid novels, most recently Night Swimming, published in 2017. Yesterday, tragically she died undergoing a transplant required after being diagnosed with Lymphoma only a year ago. She was 25. She was part of my Qld Literary awards judging panel last year. She grew into a formidable young woman, wise & warm. Vale Steph

LeeRHarry I was just reading about this, her type of acute leukaemia can be quite aggressive - very sad 😔 and my library does not have any of her books - what‘s with that? (edited) 5y
