Palimpsest How are you enjoying the Ellis Peters mysteries? I read two and one I had already seen the movie version of. Do they have to be read in order? I think I didn‘t continue because I wasn‘t finding all of them at half price books and wanted to read them in order of publication. I specifically like that they are historical/ medieval. 6y
Andrew65 @Palimpsest They are very enjoyable reads, love the tibalries between the monks! I wasn‘t reading them in order and they held up very well, but decided to go back and try reading them in order to see if any underlying themes come through. They are set at a very turbulent time in English History. (edited) 6y
