You know when a book just draws you in right away? This book did that and more. A former FBI profiler explains types of killers and how he went about interviewing them and using what he learned to help law enforcement catch other criminals.

I enjoyed this as an audiobook narrated by Jonathan Groff who I love.

I will say this was essentially Mindhunter again. You can tell clearly from the style that it‘s written by the same guy, so my Mindhunter review applies here.

This was my #doublespin for the month!

Thank you so much for my #hauntedhollowswap !!! @Bookworm54

The custom handmade packaging was incredible. You did such a good job at picking books I will love and were so generous. These vintage postcards are gorgeous and inspiring me to finally get my collection framed and hung!

What a great first season of swaps I‘ve had 😊

Thanks for hosting @wanderinglynn

wanderinglynn Great box! 🎃🖤🧡☠️ 4y

⭐⭐⭐.5 a very insightful and interesting book about seril killers but I didn't like how the book jumped around, I found that a little distracting. But this guy knows his stuff!!

Starting this today, I hope it‘s good. My kitten Giles is not impressed 😺

Zoes_Human Oh my goodness, Giles looks so much like my Zoe girl that my heart stopped for a moment. We had to send her over the Rainbow Bridge just last year. She was a wonderful cat. Tiny. 5.5 pounds at her heaviest. 5y
MySharonaK @Zoes_Human I‘m sorry to hear, big hug ❤️ they never leave our hearts. Did Zoe have 6 toes in one of her paws as well? 5y
Zoes_Human @MySharonaK Thank you so much. She did not! Giles is adorable though. He can have as many toes as he wants. 😊 5y

Did my review of this disappear? I flew through this. Anyone who knows me IRL knows I was obsessed with the Todd Kohlhepp case when it was unfolding, and that‘s the fourth study in this book, so if you‘re equally intrigued, check it out!

Ready to dig into some nonfiction before I get into some genre stuff again.

LauraJ Wondering if this is worth picking up since I‘ve already read 6y
Godpants @LauraJ I‘ll let you know what I think. It looks like he only covers 4 cases in this one and goes into his profiling techniques more (if I can trust the description.) 6y
Godpants @LauraJ so I left my book at work with only a handful of pages left. But I think it‘s still worth checking out. The last case is about Todd Kohlhepp and I was obsessed with that case as it was unfolding a few years ago. 5y
LauraJ @Godpants thanks for the follow up! Stacking. 5y
