Finished 6 books last week, 3 print and 3 audio
Currently reading 2 print books and listening to Murder in Mayfair on audio.
#WeeklyForecast - Hoping to read Network Effect and a whole lot of other books this week 🤪
Finished this one last night. I‘m really loving this series. This one you got to learn more about Gage‘s background and family history. This is the 6th book in the series.
It‘s hard to say things I haven‘t previously said about these books.

I finally got my Christmas presents from my family on Easter, which included B&N gift cards. I was going to hold off on ordering anything, but then I decided to get the rest of the published books in this series.
I have a feeling I‘ll need a lot of comfort reads in May, and this series hasn‘t disappointed me yet. And now I‘ll have them on my bookshelf when I need them.

Finally getting back to this one... starting over as I don‘t remember now!
This book was beautifully written and bittersweet, as is life often when it comes to families. These books keep getting better and I somehow grow to care even more about the main characters each time I read one. I'm so glad I discovered this series several years ago and eagerly await the next book, which comes out in April.
I have 50 pages left. 50! But it's 2am and I can barely keep my eyes open. Why do the Lady Darby books always do this to me?
"You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.” C.S. Lewis
I love the fact that when a series goes long enough you eventually get to examine the back story of a variety of characters. In this book we learn more about what events shaped Sebastian in his youth and continue to haunt him today. Set on those ever moody moors, this mystery's end was bittersweet and not where I thought it was going. A tale of how sometimes you need to revisit the past to start anew, and how secrets and rumor can affect us all.
I love this series! I‘m really sad that I‘m caught up because now I have to wait till next year for the next installment. Kiera and Gage are amazing @ErinSueG can‘t wait for you to catch up!
I was going through my #kindle and came across this book. I had completely forgotten I had downloaded it! Before I embark on the rest of the Lady Julia series, I will be finishing this one so I stay caught up on this series. #historicalfiction #historicalmystery
I liked this. I finally found that series that not reading the rest really didn‘t matter much. Though I am intrigued enough to go back and catch up. This really falls into thumbs up not necessarily a rock on or the meh the sideways thumb conveys to me.
This series just keeps getting better. Kiera and Gage are engaging characters, and the mystery kept my interest, and kept me guessing, throughout. The dynamics of Gage‘s dysfunctional family and the evocative setting lift this above your average historical mystery. 5⭐️
#humpdaypost 1. My favorite Tervis tumbler that @Ambrosnazzy says I need to leave to her in my will😊 2. Anne with an E on Netflix. Hubby and I are both enchanted. 3. A Brush With Shadows. It was just released yesterday and I‘m already halfway through it. Absolutely recommend. 4. Rain today for the first time in quite a while. It‘s supposed to be postcard weather tomorrow. 5. Traditional one piercing in each ear😎
It‘s here! Happy release day for the latest in one of my favorite series😄
Just finished this ARC of the latest in the Lady Darby series. Always nice to catch up with this group of characters. This finds them called to Sebastian‘s childhood home by his ailing grandfather, who he hasn‘t seen in 15 years, to solve the mystery of his missing cousin (heir to his grandfather). Family feuds, secrets, poisonings, curses...it has it all! Enjoyed learning more about Sebastian‘s background in this one. Thanks #NetGalley! 4/5⭐️❤️❤️
OK, I‘ve been putting this off because it‘s a favorite series of mine, and I did not want to have to begin wishing for the next one already (not out until next year). But this one drops the first week of March, so I need to bite the bullet. So while I‘m eagerly looking forward to visiting with old friends, I‘m already dreading the “see you laters”. 🤷🏻♀️ Thanks #NetGalley!
OK all, remember when we were posting our #5in2018 recently? Well this book was in my Top Five of my most eagerly anticipated. And guess what???!!! I just received an ARC of it today....somebody pinch me! OUCH!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 #FeelingLucky #NetGalley #CanYouTellImExcited?!
Now to get caught up on those needing reviews so I can get to it! 😳😩😩😔😔☹️
