I read this book with high expectations! I think their videos are hilarious! I think I would have enjoyed it more if I listened to it on audio. This was a boring book with 2 or 3 funny parts mixed in. This was definitely 100 pages too long! This book was almost a “DNF”, but I pushed my way to the end. Don‘t ware your precious “me time” reading this book.

My son, his fiance and my 2 granddaughters (and their dog) are staying with us for a few days while their rental house sewer problems get fixed. While baby is napping mom takes some time to read, she fits in our family well! #grammaslibrary #familyreading

This was the perfect listen for the plane. I laughed out loud a few times getting dirty looks from my fellow passengers. Kristen and Jen are hilarious.

“As much as divorce sucks, I will say, if you ever want to see a woman go into full-on beast mode, give her two kids to raise by herself and tell her she can‘t do it.”

My friend and I have seen these ladies live twice and loved every minute of their show. The book is no exception. They make the trials of marriage and motherhood funny as well as encouraging people to support one another. Both Jen and Kristin write part of each chapter.
A quick, fun read. And if you ever get a chance to see them live - do it!

“I had a thousand cats, three dogs, six pigs, and one boar named Boris. One time the pigs were mating, and horrified, I asked my dad, “What are they doing?!” He replied, “They‘re makin‘ bacon.” Gross.

Any book that has me laughing from the first paragraph is bound to be amazing.

For fans of Juggling the Jenkins and Cat & Nat...this is a really good one. Funny but Oh so relatable. Gave me a good sense of not feeling alone in some of the ways that I act, think or talk and it did it all while I was laughing.

Anyone who follows the YouTube videos of the authors will know what to expect. They are hilarious and very brutally honest about marriage, parenting, and a dozen other things. I love their style and the book feels like you are chatting with friends who just get you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I grabbed this book on a trusted friend‘s recommendation. I haven‘t seen their series but, you guys, these are MY kind of moms. Kristin is basically me, except I *do* love banana-flavored candy. It‘s honest &hilarious while discussing some very real issues about life & parenting. It‘s the most relatable “mom book” I‘ve ever read. Kristin & Jen remind us that we‘re not alone which is so important to remember on the toughest days.
