Mental Health Day
Mental Health Day | Tommy Clark
2 posts
Ethan has found himself in a rut in life. He works at a small town burger joint. He lives with his mom. His relationship has seen its better days. He needs to get away from it all, so his friends Joseph and Shane aid him in this. In Mental Health Day Ethan heads to the lake to try and find some time to think . Joseph is his best friend and the voice of reason. Shane is a very specific type of friend. Read how the story goes. With a dark comedy style and flavorful characters we get a chance to see how someone can change their life... that is if they want to.

mental health day 💙
it's ok to feel what you feel
post your shit.
vent your shit.
express yourself.
cry.
scream.
curse.
let it out.
don't worry about their judgment, they're not living inside your body and mind.
be true to you.
the ones who stay are your tribe.
f--- the rest 💙

Welcome to my small group #BFC Littens! I specifically asked @wanderinglynn for a group focused around similar goals—mental health and wellness and I‘m so excited to work on keeping my mind healthy with all of you! Please post your goals if you haven‘t already so we can cheer each other on. Also, would love to connect out of Litsy—WhatsApp or GroupMe? Preferences?

Exbrarian I don't remember the goals I wrote down when I signed up, but I have many of them. Daily meditation, stretching, and monitoring my blood sugar and blood pressure are among them. I also want to finish 12 books, and start walking regularly. I don't have a true preference for chat apps but my first choice is Telegram. If it is between the two you mentioned, then GroupMe. What'sApp is owned by Facebook and I'm trying to avoid that as much as possible. 5y
wanderinglynn @Exbrarian I‘m happy to email you your goals if you want. 5y
IndoorDame Really excited to have a group focused on mental health and wellness! Thank you! 5y
