Look at what I saw on my walk this morning! There were 2 babies, but the other one was too far away for me to get it in the same photo. I love surprise wildlife sightings, they make me so happy!
May this inspire you to get out your earbud and audiobook and get outside today! #LitsyWalkers #TexasWildlife

JanuarieTimewalker13 For some reason, I keep thinking that‘s someone‘s team name in Texas...armadillos. It‘s ringing a bell. I‘ve driven through Texas (Amarillo-26 years ago-that was a trip!) and I‘ve been to SA twice and Austin once. The only places I really want to see at this point is South Padre Island, Galveston, and Big Bend ! I really enjoyed the Hill Country outside SA. Very cool to have armadillos in your backyard! 5y

Aimeesue They are so cute! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5y
Aimeesue @JanuarieTimewalker13 Clearly, there should be an Amarillo Armadillos team! 😂 5y
Soubhiville @JanuarieTimewalker13 I pay zero attention to sports, but it would be an appropriate name for a Texas team! 5y
JanuarieTimewalker13 @Aimeesue hahaha!! I agree! @Soubhiville I don‘t either, although there was a brief time in early 90s when I actually owned a Dallas Cowboys winter jacket...go figure!! I think it was the exuberance of the team that made me fangirl-ish. Plus, if you were a product of the late 70s, everyone loved the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. I, myself, am a frustrated cheerleader. Hahahahaha 5y
LeahBergen Oh, how cute!! 5y
Kaye Wow, I‘ve never seen those in person. I don‘t think they live up here but I could be wrong. We have mostly squirrels, raccoons, possums and groundhogs. 5y
Kaye I just looked it up. There used to be a women‘s pro baseball team named San Antonio Armadillos. 5y
DivineDiana Fantastic sighting! Getting ready for a walk in the woods. Keeping my eyes pealed for some wildlife! 😉 5y
