This was an interesting book. The writing often felt poetic. The narration was good.
An almost 12 yo boy is put on a greyhound by his mother to travel alone from California to Pennsylvania. He encounters an array of people and situations. On the journey he also learns a lot about the world and himself.

I was getting insanely bored of Moby Dick so I started a new #bfc audio this morning. So far it‘s good.

I enjoyed this coming of age story about a boy traveling across the country by bus. I really liked the relationships and the dynamic between the people he meets along the way. This was a deep story about so many different things and it all came together well in the end.

Bought on sale but seemed interesting. It was OK. Interesting enough but sometimes the language was weak. #2018 #readingchallenge #steffanpiper #greyhound

I don‘t have a greyhound but I‘ve always wanted one. This book was like $1 at a Hastings bc they were going out of business.. maybe if I get a greyhound I‘ll read through it...until then it will collect dust. 😔 #dogsorcats #readingresolutions @Jess7 #dog
