There were times I thought it was very slow, but when Winnie was on the precipice of finding something, I felt goosebumps because I knew what was coming. Has anyone read this? I am having trouble finding a #howdunit Lists are giving me guides to writers. A howdunit tells the story backwards. You already know whom the criminal is. The book is about the trap. Can someone tell me if this book follows that definition? The last review was three years ago. Or tell me another one to read?? Thanks a bunch.
so-soI jump at anything connected to the 1893 Chicago World‘s Fair, and the HH Holmes murders from that year. I‘d been excited about this book since Barbour announced it. What I got, however, wasn't exactly what I'd hoped for.
