I don't have any other history books about Vikings to compare this to, but I thought it was very well researched and detailed. I won't lie, it took me a long time to get through, especially because of how many details there are, but I'd recommend it to any fan of the show Vikings. Also this is letter V crossed off my #LitsyAtoZ list!! 🎉

Feeling lucky this morning 🍀 I love finding the pressed flowers and leaves in books that I did ages ago! It's almost like receiving a gift from yourself to yourself 😄

I've spent today alternating between the history of the Vikings and the show Vikings. For every episode I watch, I read a chapter! Also, Lagertha is incredible. #vikings

Deciding to take a break from The Romanov Sisters and Wind up Bird Chronicle, and focus on this for my non fiction. I'll definitely come back to both ( I'm just about in the middle of both) but are a little to slow for me just now. Has anyone read this? I enjoy the show and have heard this is a good book if you like the show. ⚔🛡👑🍻🍗

I started watching the show Vikings, so now I'm in the mood to tackle #LetterV (after one more episode...) 😎

Anyone else obsessed with this show? Season 4B started last night but I haven't had the chance to watch it yet, so no spoilers please! I have a couple of non fiction books about viking history but I'd like to pick up Ferguson's book.
