I was excited to find this at the library today as I thoroughly enjoyed the first book: Mycroft Holmes. I have admired Kareem Abdul-Jabbar from my childhood days and to know he shares my love of mysteries makes him even cooler in my eyes.

1. Oh my gosh so many. 7 in my bedroom alone. At least 10 in my loft space. Way too many stacks
2. Mycroft and Sherlock by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. I‘m reading the first book now and loving it so I added the second book to the top of a pile in my room to read next month.

I had no idea Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was a author of fiction. I guess he has written a few of these. This is my first. Well paced and interesting. I‘ve enjoyed the book. A good addition to the Sherlock Holmes tradition. An autographed copy.
I need help! My daughter has a long dentist appointment this morning and I need a book! Trying to decide between these two. Any recommendations?
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar‘s (yes, the basketball player) second Mycroft Holmes book is even better than the first. It‘s been some time since I‘ve read Conan Doyle, but this version centered on Mycroft, not Sherlock, has echoes of Conan Doyle‘s work. Very good story and perhaps a glimpse into why Mycroft becomes overweight in later life and the beginning of Sherlock‘s addiction. 4.5/5.0 ⭐️ #2019
Always fun to delve into the world of Sherlock and I love that this series focuses on Mycroft. As this follows the brothers during their younger years I find it interesting to see the birds and pieces of each story that lead to elements of their characters that we know from their later life. I'm hoping that we don't have to wait so long for a third installment.
13. Mysterious
I look forward to reading this new book from Kareem Abdul Jabbar. I read his first novel and enjoyed it.

This just seems... odd. I didn‘t know he wrote Sherlock Holmes books.
