1. I read It Starts with Food last summer in preparation for trying out Whole 30, which I don‘t have the discipline for, but still found it to be insightful.

#Whole30 When I follow this plan, aches/pains go away, my rosacea is controlled, my gut likes me, I sleep well, and I'm a nicer person because my mood and tolerance level are greatly improved. I had fallen off the wagon and reviewed this book to get back on track. Heading to the grocery in the AM. I deserve it!🦋
