1. I read It Starts with Food last summer in preparation for trying out Whole 30, which I don‘t have the discipline for, but still found it to be insightful.
2. Cheese 🧀 and yogurt.
3. Seafood

#Whole30 When I follow this plan, aches/pains go away, my rosacea is controlled, my gut likes me, I sleep well, and I'm a nicer person because my mood and tolerance level are greatly improved. I had fallen off the wagon and reviewed this book to get back on track. Heading to the grocery in the AM. I deserve it!🦋

EvieBee Funny. I have this out from the library at the moment also. Going to try again. 7y
Laura317 I need to try this. 7y
CrowCAH Wow I just learned about Whole30 from another writer, she was on Day 18 and feeling great. Good for you; keep it up!!! 😁 7y
Lmstraubie It's amazing how much what we eats effects us. 7y

Thinking of giving this a try. Still have to do some research but does anybody have any Whole30 experience to share with me?

Lacythebookworm Make sure you do all the prep and always have snacks when you leave your house! 8y
Jessicav I made it to day 14. My problem was just not eating enough at meal times. My body is used to eating small meals often, so this was REALLY hard for me because I would be full at meal time and unable to eat anymore, but it wasn't enough. Seconding the meal prep comment. It's essential. 8y
