I generally enjoy zombie related books, but while this one was entertaining in parts, it was also very dry in others. I did finish, but it took a long time to get through as it was too easy to put down. Finished last week but just now posting #Jumpstart2023

I did not like this book at all. This was for a college assignment and it was a pain to read. I believe because the author totes his information as “factual”, but never offered cited sources. I didn‘t bother to read the “recorded” zombie attacks at the end of the book, so this is technically a DNF.

So sorry this is late. My phone died and, due to various issues, it took my phone company a week to get a replacement out to me.

Thanks to @Julie548 for the wonderful gifts. #hocuspocusswap

3.5⭐️ I‘m not very interested in The Undead and the only reason I read this was bc it was the shortest of titles that offered “ title starts with a Z” to complete the Litsy Bingo Reading Challenge. Some parts were very interesting, others were more detailed than I would have liked. If you love anything that has to do with zombies, this is your book. If you are looking for a laugh and trying to find something 🧟‍♀️ for fun, be prepared to skim.

And this, ladies and gentleman, is the successful purchase of the book that was causing so much trouble a post down 😂 And all so that I can finish my last box on the Bingo Litsy Challenge 🙄 Sick and just plain bored with being able to do nothing but be in bed, the day has been successful in listening to my Audible The Two Towers ( whilst updating my 2017 challenges)& finally fixing this Kindle Problem 🤧 #LibrarianCrossfitter #PeaceOut✌🏻🍵☕️🛌

Do y'all have any idea what you've started with the #zombieoutbreak prompt?! I LOVE zombies! I don't know why, but I've always been obsessed with them. My phone background is Liv from iZombie holding a bloody brain ice cream cone right now. Here are some books I have or want to read. I've read all of these pictured but the White Trash Zombie, which I own.

Since I don't have Ichabod (my paper crane), my bandana will have to suffice. Slowly getting through this book with long days and late nights. So far, so interesting, but I am having some problems with the book...will discuss in my review later. Wish me luck!

#aprilbookshowers day 19 - #dontrememberbuyingthis

The problem with having only so many bookstores around you is, if you can imagine where you could have bought something, it's not too great a stretch to create a memory around it.

This one has me a mite stumped, however. The condition is good enough that I could have got it new, but I remember putting off buying it for so long that it would make more sense if I got it used.

Great book to have to prepare for a total zombie apocalypse. Fantastic humor with practical applications to keep you ready for the next outbreak.

Cataluna6 This was fun, have you read World War Z? I've heard that is good also. 9y
Pequenogringo No I haven't. I've only seen the movie. And like every movie, I bet "the book was better." Ha 9y
BookFreakOut A lot of book movies are bad, but WWZ absolutely takes the cake for being nothing like the book. I HIGHLY recommend the audiobook (and I read almost exclusively in print). I have a full review of the audiobook here: https://bookfreakout.wordpress.com/2016/05/02/world-war-z-audiobook/hickleberryp... 8y
