so-soI have mixed feelings about this series. I really love the fun, obnoxious family and the setting, but sometimes the "drama" feels so contrived, and in this book it just seemed like the main characters went in circles and I never was convinced they actually went forward (spoiler below). I own some of the later books in this series which is why I started it, but I think it gets one more chance before I throw in the towel!

pickI‘m working my way through the 14 book series and I‘m really enjoying them. This one is book three and I enjoyed the story about Kevin and Shanna. Now on to book number four...the first Christmas themed book in the series that centers around Mick and Megan‘s reconciliation.
pickBecause I‘m not really into my book group read, I decided to read one off my owned tbr yesterday and it did not disappoint! I love small town romances and although I read a lot of steamy stuff, I also really enjoy these more slow paced, little steam books too. Plus, I‘m a sucker for anything with water on the cover. It‘s still a mystery to me how my whole family are landlubbers.
