I really like Paul Galdone‘s books and illustrations but I especially love his illustrations of the kittens in this story. They are detailed and show various facial expressions and emotions that I think young readers would enjoy.

This story of little kittens and the illustrations of them are adorable. It has a lot of rhyming and repetition, like a classic nursery rhyme would. From the tittle, I thought this was going to be a version of the 3 little pigs, but the two stories aren‘t that similar. They share similar prosperities with the repeating and rhyming.
I would not use this book in my classroom because honestly it didn't make much sense and I wasn't engaged. I might use this in an infant or toddler room to start the association of what noise a cat/kitten makes, but I wouldn't understand the purpose of it being used in any other older classroom. The ending was also pretty abrupt.
Three Little Kittens written by Paul Galdone. This book is based on its own tale/story about three little kittens. The repetition and rhyming that is used, adds emphasis to actions that happen in the story. Not too sure what the moral is and I'm not a fan of the ending because it seemed abrupt.
I didn‘t love this book but it is a sweet easy story. I was pretty neutral to it overall!
This classic interpretation is very sweet! I love the colors and the illustrations. This book is very simple and an easy read. Good for young children. An easy to understand plot line and a sweet relationship between mother and kittens.
Three Little Kittens by Paul Galdone was published in 1986. The book is about three little kittens who get their mittens into different messes! Their mother makes them clean their mittens or they will get punished.
I don‘t think I would have this book in my classroom. I may have it for individual reading since it is an easy read.
Three Little Kittens by Paul Galdone, 1986. The three little kittens was an interesting book. The kittens would be naughty then they would fix the problem to make their mom happy. When the kittens do good things the mom rewards the kittens.
An adorable book portraying a classic story! Really cute and fun for younger grades!
Three Little Kittens by Paul Galdone (traditional lit, published 1986) was a great classic! I really enjoyed the illustrations and the different uses of cats language.
I will definitely have this in my younger aged classroom for an adorable tale! I believe they‘ll thoroughly enjoy the pictures and they‘ll be able to connect it with other classic story tales that they‘ve read!
“Three Little Kittens” was written by Paul Galdone in 1974. I really enjoy this authors way of writing/illustrating and loved this short tale as well! It describes three kittens who keep getting into chaos with their mittens and make their mother upset. I really enjoyed this book and the author!
“The three little kittens washed their mittens, and hung them up to dry.”
This book was a great example of traditional literature. It was easy to follow and fun to read. I also like that it would get negative with the kittens doing something bad but then turn around to something good.
Three Little Kittens by Paul Galdone is a piece of traditional literature. It was written in 1986. The plot of this story is very simple and direct which is a common characteristic of traditional literature. It was super easy to follow along and it also had the repetition in the story which is also very common. I think children would really enjoy this book and remember it for life, like I do!
