pickI loved every minute of this book. I like how he talks about his “transiness.” He‘s honest about everything from coming out to surgeries. I loved the detail he gave on his relationships with his parents and how they‘ve evolved. That‘s one of those things teenagers can have a hard time seeing.

I couldn‘t help laughing when he called his dad a “cheeky bugger.” I love that he‘s an introvert, but has found ways to be more social that work for him and make him feel good. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 3y
GingerAntics As an introvert myself, I would ABSOLUTELY take another book on that (please and thank you, Alex)! It seems weird to say this book was a joy to listen to, because it was very logically heavy in places where it needed to be, but the tone is so relaxed and conversational that I couldn‘t help enjoying even those heavy parts. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 3y
GingerAntics This book was fascinating and heartwarming, especially the later chapter written by his mom. This could be a great book for all teens to read, but especially the questioning and trans kids out there.
