pickThis story revolves around Henry Redmayne, brother of Christopher. While not so interesting or exciting in the first half as the previous books in the series, I was getting a little disappointed. The twists and turns and attacks on both the brothers helped rescue the story and with amorous advances coming from unexpected quarters along with some amusing moments the outcome was once again a very enjoyable read.
For my #Fair have chosen one of my reads earlier this month. We have to go back to the period after the Fire of London in 1666 and a Frost Fair is taking place on the frozen River Thames, when a young boy looks down and sees a body in the ice. Christopher Redmayne seeks to find the murderer to save his brother and his family‘s reputation. Love the Christopher Redmayne series, Shame there is only 6 of them.
