Ms. Sissel‘s writing style is pull-you-in and descriptive.
If you like books that dig into a character's background and a story line that will keep you guessing, WHAT LIES BELOW will be a good read for you. 5/5

Ms. Sissel‘s writing style is pull-you-in and descriptive.
The title also had me intrigued with my thinking it referred to what really was below the surface of what the characters were showing on the outside.
If you like books that dig into a character's background and a story line that will keep you guessing, WHAT LIES BELOW will be a good read for you.

pickThis book was something different. It started out slow but got interesting by chapter 5. I ended up binge reading it to figure out what happened. 😂

About halfway through this and it's not as fast paced as I usually like but it's still pretty good.
Got this in the mail today. Finished the other print book I was reading earlier so I'll start this tonight. 😊
pickGilly has dreams that have a tendency to come true. She dreamt that her husband was murdered and it happened. Thins are going fine until she dreams of Zoe‘s kidnapping the night before it happens. Gilly tells the police of her dreams & instead of thinking she‘s crazy, they now view her as a suspect. Now to clear her name & to help find the little girl, Gilly must try to dream again even though all her life she‘s been taught to ignore them.
pickThis was my first time reading Barbara Taylor Sissel and it definitely won't be my last! This book was suspenseful & smart with great characters. If your looking for a good suspenseful read with a satisfying ending this is a must read!
Also my first ARC book from #NetGalley so far it's been an enjoyable experience.
