Listened to this one. It was good, I don‘t know if I could have gotten through it if I was reading it. The story of a boy who got very sick and visited heaven. This is told by his pastor father. Very moving and I was teary eyed more then once. #WinterGames #TheFilthyAnimals #ImpulseRead ( Or impulse listen lol)
One of the most inspirational and one of the best books you‘ll ever read!
This is a book I absolutely thought I would never, ever read. I had absolutely zero interest in it, or any other book like it. Then somewhere between Good Omens and a post here about how Christians would handle finding out aliens were real, I got the idea to write a piece of satire that‘s based off of this type of book...and now I‘ve found myself here. This book was actually really good. I actually enjoyed it, which I didn‘t expect.
Heaven in the eyes of a child
I really enjoyed this book. It really made me think about getting closer with God and wanting to go back to church.
During the months after Todd's son, Colton, had emergency surgery in 2003 at the age of three, Colton began describing events and people that seemed impossible for him to have known about. Colton also explained how he met Jesus riding a rainbow horse and sat in Jesus' lap while angels sang to him.
🌟🌟🌟🌟4/5. Incredible story. It's not 5/5 because it's not a compelling action packed story, however it's still true and inspirational nonetheless😊
