Second chance romance and bad guy assassins come together in this book. I love this series and the characters we‘re introduced to.

Jake is done running, he‘s joining his friends in their defense and security business and he is going to win back the love of the woman he left behind. It‘s almost a good thing an assassin is after Michelle and Jake needs to protect her and her son. While doing his job he can try to convince her that he‘s changed.
