#BookReport - I feel like I'm back in the groove, balancing personal books, challenge books, & library books. Checked off five more this week and am almost finished with the tagged. Piercing the Darkness was brilliant; Beauty Sleep was predictable & forgettable; I've Got Your Number was fun but problematic; the Trouble trilogy has been surprisingly engaging & entertaining. (If you enjoyed Agent Cody Banks as a kid, you'll probably like these lol)

so-soA decent end to a cute, comedic mystery/thriller trilogy. I loved the chemistry between Zoe & Digby, as always. Their slow-burn romance is really well done. I felt like I was reading two different plots that didn‘t coincide that well together, & both felt a little haphazard and rushed. But again, I‘m more here for the characters & the romance anyway. A satisfying ending. ★★★☆☆.

#riotgrams feb 22: books that should be adapted (I can do this all day so someone should hire me too.) I can't believe Queenpin hasn't already been adapted into a movie and Trouble would make a perfect CW series.
Eep! Super excited for the third book in this series. One of the very few series that earns the Veronica Mars comp.
