How cute was this book????!!! I listened to it as an audiobook and I am so very disappointed that the rest of the series is not available on audio. But the minute library lending is back up I am grabbing a copy of books 2 and threes. Pip is a girl who can talk to magical creatures. Everyone thinks she is just making it up. ⬇
Once again I like the original cover better then the change made for book 2 and the rest of the series, but I am not the target audience.

Humorous and fun story with a mystery to be solved. Chapters have captions that foreshadow what is going to happen.
pickModern fantasy, 2015. Story of magical creatures. Pip has an accident at her school and has to spend the summer with her aunt at a clinic for magical creatures. Everything is fun until fuzzles burst into flames and cause chaos. They have to solve the mystery so no creatures get in trouble.
pickThis was such quick and cute read! It's on the lower end of middle grade, and I think it's perfect! It has some great humor and some heartwarming moments, plus who doesn't love magical pets?
This is super cute 😊 I needed something quick to listen to since I am having a bit of an issue concentrating this week.

Two of my kids had the pleasure of meeting Jackson Pearce tonight. My daughter has read several of her books, including her fairytale retellings while my son loves her Pip books most. She was absolutely hilarious and I'm certain she could have a second career as a comedian.
@I-read-and-eat has made some wonderful prompts to make our Mondays a little bit more magical. Today's prompt is #magicalcreatures and I have tried to make a drawing of some favourites of mine. Anything with dragons, mermaids/mermen and fairies make it unto my TBR 📚🐉
