Still sampling recipes from this new book. Here is the Triple Strawberry Cake. Not sure I agree with measuring the internal temp for doneness. It felt a bit too moist. The inside also isn‘t nearly as pink as in the book but I was hesitant to use more red food dye than indicated. I like it in concept and will probably tweak it a bit.

@Sharpeipup I went to Whisk & Measure! Turns out they‘re across the street from one of the clinics I work in. I tried the peanut butter cookies & a chai latte. Both were delicious (I‘m having a hard time not eating the extra one I got for my fiancé before I get home). Thanks for turning me on to a yummy coffee shop & bakery!

ErinC @Amandajoy city limits is a fun gift shop in the old market, The Bookworm, the stores on L at 120th-132nd were convenient when I lived out west. Fat Brain Toys is great for kids and Long Dog Fat Cat is my favorite local pet store! 6y
