Today's author spotlight: Shulamith Hareven. Born in Warsaw in 1930, her family moved to Mandate Palestine in 1940. At 17 she was a combat medic and then established Israel Defense Forces Radio in 1950. She was the first woman inducted into the Academy of the Hebrew Language. L'Express deemed her an Author of Peace and named her among the 100 women "who move the world". She died in 2003. #AuthorPotpourri #TheMoreYouKnow
