Pretty good, if somewhat predictable thriller. 🎧📖📚

This was an easy, quick paced YA mystery-thriller that kept me turning the pages. A solid read, engaging, but I was left wanting just a little more.
Working on end of year book inventory for my class library can be interesting. I get frustrated by the books that disappear, and I've learned the most likely to disappear are Diary of a Wimpy Kid books. Yet, sometimes random new books appear that no students claim. For example, I had 1 copy of the tagged book and now there are 3. It's also great to see the shelves full and neatly organized for at least a few days.

This was every bit as intense as any adult murder mystery I‘ve read. Excellent plot and intensity is off the charts.

Just starting my book from the #cincinnatilitsy meet up! Thanks @LeshaMac for the new read! Also thanks @Pamwurtzler for the post idea 😂
I forgot my April Henry book at home so now I can‘t get it signed. 🤦🏽♀️

Good book great narrator ‘! Definitely recommend!
I love reading mystery thrillers this time of year. The weather and season just make them so much better.
I was stuck to this book and couldn't put it down. The story sucked me in from page one. I had to force myself to stop reading because I wanted to drag it out.
An added bonus is it's set here in Oregon and I love when books do that. I def need to check out this author's other books.

First green tea latte of the season. 😍

The girl I used to be is a mysterious fiction novel that leads to twist and turns. Ariel is a strong independent female lead and I admire her perseverance. Although, murder scenes aren't my genre April Henry captivated my attention. #independentfemale
Read this one through in a day! I love this type of suspenseful novel. Older YA and up.

I don't read many murder mysteries, but I enjoyed this story of a teenager trying to solve her parents' murders many years later.
