I really enjoyed this so I will continue the series. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A college student named Tsukasa is saved by Anzai, from a devil, also known as vampires. Anzai is a half-demon detective that works on a special task force that solves the murders committed by devils in Tokyo, however, not all murders and all criminals acts are enacted by devils. As Anzai spends more time with Tsukasa, he has to fight his thirst for human blood as a devil.

A must read for fans of dark fantasy, with a mix of horror and mystery!

Oh man, Azai personally knows the target...

Azai is a half-breed?! Wait, then what is considered a half-breed in their world; are they genetically created in a lab or born naturally or suffer a trauma that turns them into vampires?

I like that there's sprinkle of humor to show that the characters (and the story) is not entirely focused on JUST the dark fantasy aspect.

Reminds me of the moment when Zero bite Yuki when he couldn't control his craving for blood anymore

Wow...I did not expect this series to start dark, and...emotional...

Whoa, the vampires in this story are driven to kill humans due to their craving for blood and they sexually assualt their victims...is the author pointing out these two components creates a vampires bloodlust; quite interesting. And these vampires can use a certain liquid formula to reduce their cravings and transformations.
(Blood + Sex = Bloodlust = Vampiric Transformation)

I've been wanting to read this manga series since October and see how this manga writer/author twists the legend of vampires.

Devils‘ Line, volume 1

Action, supernatural, and a dash of romance. Not sugary. Love it.

And, it‘s a #blameitonlitsy too! This series wasn‘t even on my radar until I read about it in @BiblioNyan ‘s posts. Glad I picked it up. It‘s definitely heading into my collections 😊

Since I heard about Devil's Line being adapted into an anime, I figured I should read the manga! It's a noir crime fiction series about vampires in Tokyo that specialises in demon-crime related cases & things. I believe it's a seinen series. The art looks awesome as well!
