Good old Erskine, weaving past and present, pagan and Christianity.
Bit of escapism which was appreciated 😚😚😚

Saturday's dinner for one...
One plus side of living alone... can read whilst eating 😌😄🍽🍷
Third one of hers which I'm reading. Thoroughly enjoyed the other two...
Only 100 pages in, and Barbara Erskine‘s ‘Daughters of Fire‘ is thrilling. I am engrossed! The subtle discomfort from a eery supernatural plot mixed with an engaging glance back through history has me hooked.
