Life on Earth: A Natural History | David Attenborough

As a child, David Attenborough, this tv series and book lit a flame of curiosity and passion in me that has lasted throughout my lifetime. I'm always looking to connect with like-minded folks.

I've not come across any nature based groups etc on Litsy, so I'm going to have a go at building a community using the #naturalitsy
I really hope it gets used and takes off so we can move towards regular discussions, readalongs etc.

I read Crawdads recently too, not sure why it took me so long to get round to it. It was amazing but I just finished Elif Shafak's book which was even better, if you can believe it!

I could listen to David Attenborough read my grocery list and be riveted! He is that good. His superior narration skills add depth to this compendium of the history of life on earth. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook and know that I will listen to it again. It is chock-a-block with interesting information, so much so that I found myself re-listening to various chapters. Well worth a read, or maybe several! 5/5⭐️
