The book is told from two perspectives, Sarah a Black girl part of the nine integrating into a white school, and Linda, a active high school student segregationist (Linda is not racist by the end of the book). I would have liked to have had chapter to chapter switches on POV, but instead it was in parts. The ending felt rushed and choppy. 3⭐️
