Mehso-so

1st book for #24in48 done! A decent true crime book that focused more on the legal back and forth than the solving of the crime. It was also pretty obvious from the get go how the author leaned in terms of suspects. Another book completed for #readingwomen2018!

Let‘s do this #24in48! #audiobooking while doing chores seems like a good way to start the #readathon. This will also fulfill the “true crime” challenge for #readingwomenchallenge

Pickpick

This #truecrime book focuses on the murder of a woman in my hometown and the subsequent conviction of her husband. I found the writing to be rather dry, but I was engrossed with the subject matter and read it in just two days. The crime occurred nearly 10 years ago and I knew one person who was close to the victim. Now after reading this book, I realize I actually know several others with close connections to those involved. Very interesting.
