pickSo this was my big Halloween read for this year. This book was surprisingly good! It was pretty much Stargate meets 28 Days Later, but it was pretty well written and the characters were pretty good. There‘s a portal, there‘s some zombies, mayhem ensues. All good fun. Lebbon also surprised me with the ending as well. Would definitely recommend! 👍
A drizzly Sunday, my favorite coffee and a big book to get lost in. Perfection.
Normally I sleep in on the weekends but today we got up early to go visit my Grandma in south Missouri. I‘m visiting family for the holidays and I‘m mostly in a “no Internet for Jamie” zone. I‘m still reading but I might not be able to post much. I hope that all who celebrate have a wonderful, safe holiday. And I hope that we all get one more chapter in before the end of the year.
